Keeping content quick, concise and actionable is the main goal with email copy—often serving as a direct consumer channel to spur sales, share information about new product releases and updates or invite consumers to explore the brand further via linked website content or surprise & delight moments. Here’s a snapshot of the many emails I’ve written over the years that were created to help my clients maintain an ongoing connection with consumers throughout the year.

Wherever possible, I made it a point to craft copy that was not only informative and actionable, but also strategically designed to create relevant future content. Working with a team of creatives to develop elements such as surveys, quizzes and contests, we created engaging content to gather information about our consumers without being overly intrusive or inconvenient.
